Pacific Test Equipment uses the following methods for delivery:

  1. Express Post for small items.
  2. Courier Service. The courier we are presently using is Startrack.

Our default service is a road service. However, for an additional charge we can organize an air service for faster delivery if required.


Late Deliveries

Your delivery can be tracked from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at your door. If your delivery does not arrive in the expected time please contact Pacifc Test Equipment on (02) 9659 2300 and we will investigate with the courier.


Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged item please call us on (02) 9659 2300 or use the Contact Us form to let us know the nature and extent of the damage.

We will then ask you to send the product back to us with its original packaging and once we have viewed the damage, and it is determined that the item/s were damaged in transit, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. We will do our best to facilitate this process in the fastest possible time.

All claims must be received by us within 14 days of us dispatching the goods from our warehouse. Any claims outside this period may not be honoured.


Supplier Issues

Should Pacific Test Equipment discover any issues with the delivery of goods due to a supplier being unable to supply the required goods, we will contact the purchaser at the earliest convenience to discuss the matter and arrive at a solution that is acceptable.
