IF3 identifies connectivity data between the LV customer, transformer and the phase to which it is linked in a fast, reliable and simple manner. It works without power supply cuts, therefore maintaining service quality throughout. \n \n
\n
The updated knowledge of low voltage connectivity data (link between MV/LV transformer and phase with end user)\n results critical for the correct management of electrical distribution network. With updated connectivity information a GIS solution may calculate\n transformer load balances, find critical network spots before any incident occurs, prepare maintenance task planning, ... i.e., improves electric supply\n quality.
\n
In order to cope with electric utility needs, Merytronic has designed the IF-3 Low Voltage phase identifier. This equipment determines the connectivity\n data between subscribers and phase of an MV/LV transformer substation in a fast, easy and reliable way. IF3 works without de-energizing the line,\n so electrical supply is kept throughout the identification process.
\n
Main features:
\n
\n
Works in service networks, without de-energizing the line.\n
\n
Three phases can be identified in few seconds.\n
\n
Central Device and Line Device communicate with each other by means of coded messages through the distribution network. This way the use of radio or\n other communication extra equipment is avoided.\n
\n
A single operator can easily use it.\n
\n
Operational for all kind of Low Voltage network configurations, up to 440 V between phases, 50 or 60 Hz.\n
The new generation of identifiers, ILF G2, has been designed to add, edit and store over the same map (thanks to the GridGIS Connect\n app developed by ARIADNA Grid) the location and connection of all consumers in the Low Voltage distribution network, that is to say, it allows\n identifying and digitalizing which Transformer Substation, LV panel, outgoing feeder and phase each of the meters (subscribers) are connected\n to.\n
\n
This new generation of equipment is aimed to big mapping campaigns of distribution networks, helping to reduce the campaign’s duration and leading\n to great cost savings.
\n
Among its main features, it includes:
\n
\n
Identification of the 3 phases and up to 6 feeders/outgoings (upgradable to 12 feeders) of a LV panel (several devices can be placed in parallel\n if there are more outgoings).
\n
LV Live Network topology identifier (without de-energizing).
\n
Designed for big network mapping campaigns, up to 99 teams can work at once.
\n
Suitable for different distribution network arrangements, in cascade mode or / and in parallel (allowing to know the connectivity of the consumer\n with respect to each distribution element of the LV network).
\n
Integrated Bluetooth connection for automatic data transfer to GridGIS Connect mapping app (compatible with any GIS systems). License included\n with the device.
The new generation of identifiers, ILF G2 Pro, has been designed to add, edit and store over the same map (thanks to the GridGIS Connect\n app developed by ARIADNA Grid) the location and connection of all consumers in the Low Voltage distribution network, that is to say, it allows\n identifying and digitalizing which Transformer Substation, LV panel, outgoing feeder and phase each of the meters (subscribers) are connected\n to.\n
